I accompany individuals, teams and organisations to gain clarity on key priorities, overcome roadblocks and set a path to success. Combining my significant in-house experience with both consulting and coaching methodologies, I intervene at all levels – from executive leadership, line management and individual contributors – and all types and sizes of structures. I work equally fluidly in French and in English.
I bring a wealth of international experience in Human Resources and Organisational Development, spanning global corporations, high-growth businesses, and non-profit organisations. Most recently, I served as Senior Director of HR for EMEA at Citrix, leading talent strategy and organisational change for over 1,800 employees and guiding teams through multiple major transformations.
Previously, I held senior leadership roles at Amazon, Amazon Web Services, Aon, and Hewitt Associates, helping fast-growing organisations scale and develop future leaders. Alongside these roles, I have worked as an organisational consultant and internal coach, and contributed to both start-ups and established organisations — always with a consistent focus on unlocking human potential.
Today, I work independently with my clients across diverse sectors, from technology, manufacturing, and digital services to NGOs in medical research and the cultural sphere. Whatever the context, my work is grounded in a simple principle: sustainable organisational success comes from investing in people and enabling them to thrive.
My professional journey is supported by a strong academic and coaching foundation. I hold a B.A. (Hons) in Communications from Dublin City University, where I developed the analytical and interpersonal skills that underpin my work.
I have pursued extensive executive and coaching training to deepen my expertise and impact. This includes Executive Coaching at HEC Paris (2009), an 18-month certification programme in Individual & Team Business Coaching with Transformance Pro (France, 2016, EMCC accredited), and an Executive qualification in working with Boards from the Yale School of Management (2023).
Learning is ongoing – I continue to engage in additional coaching training opportunities and am supervised in my practice to ensure that I bring the highest-quality approaches and insights to every client.
