Professional coaching

Coaching that turns challenge into forward motion

I work with individuals and teams at pivotal moments brought on by professional challenges in the workplace, such as organisational changes, new responsibilities, rapid growth, or restructuring. It can be a quiet sense that something needs to change or a more radical confrontation with an overwhelming difficulty. My approach blends non-judgemental analysis of the key issues at stake, the impacts on you and your ability to be successful and then clear thinking and practical follow-through, so you leave with a realistic plan of action.

Individual coaching

This is confidential, customised one-to-one support for people experiencing a developmental challenge, or situational pressure, difficulty or discomfort.

We begin by establishing a safe environment to explore your context, the key issues you are dealing with, how it is affecting you, and what you and your organisation want to achieve as a result of our sessions.

Some issues we can tackle together

Business leaders and rising professionals turn to coaching to unlock their full potential and navigate complex challenges with confidence. Common requests include:

Preparing for career transitions

Stepping into new roles, promotions, or expanded responsibilities.

Increasing resilience

Developing self-awareness, empathy, and emotional intelligence.

Managing time and energy effectively

Staying focused and avoiding burnout.

Strengthening leadership skills

Inspiring teams, driving results, and leading with confidence.

Boosting confidence and overcoming doubt

Quieting imposter syndrome and owning your strengths.

Enhancing communication

Cultivating clarity, influence, and executive presence.

Sharpening strategic thinking

Making sound decisions and maintaining a clear vision.

Navigating conflict and difficult conversations

Managing stakeholders and fostering collaboration.

Leading change with impact

Guiding organisations through growth and transformation.

Achieving sustainable balance

Integrating professional success with personal well-being.

How we work together

Individual coaching is delivered in private sessions over a defined period, typically between four to nine months. The duration varies depending on the urgency of change, the nature of the issue we are working on, and your availability.

We can meet in person whenever possible or alternatively via videoconference when necessary. For corporate assignments we will may agree on high-level objectives with a key corporate stakeholder (e.g. a line manager or HR contact), but all details of our discussions are completely confidential, and are bound by a code of ethics which I will share at the outset of each agreement.

What can you expect?

My clients describe feeling more grounded and capable. Confidence grows with a greater understanding of your own behaviours, triggers and learned responses to them.

You will leave with practical methods you can use in situations that you would typically find challenging, and – with your insights and takeaways from our sessions – you will be able to develop new approaches to achieve more constructive outcomes.

Team coaching

Team or collective coaching helps a group grow stronger together — improving how it collaborates, communicates, and achieves results. It’s about enabling the team to reflect on how it works, not just what it does, so it can perform more effectively and sustainably.

As a team coach, my role is to create the space for honest dialogue, shared insight, and collective learning. Together, we explore what supports or limits the team’s effectiveness, build trust, and align around a clear purpose and set of priorities.

Unlike training or facilitation, team coaching doesn’t provide ready-made answers. Instead, it helps the team develop its own capacity to adapt, make decisions, and thrive — even in complex and changing environments.

Repositioning a group’s business credibility, pulling together after a crisis or dip in morale, regrouping after a change in leadership or managing an internal conflict are all good opportunities to consider a collective coaching project.

The purpose of team coaching is simple: to help teams become more connected, self-aware, and capable of achieving meaningful results – and behaving as a team.

What teams (and organisations) gain

Team coaching is designed to create lasting impact, not just quick fixes. After an engagement, teams often notice practical changes in how they work together, how decisions are made, and how they respond to challenges. The benefits are visible in day-to-day interactions, as well as in the team’s long-term ability to align, adapt, and perform.

Tangible Outcomes

  • Shared understanding and focus: Teams develop a common language and a clearer line of sight to priorities — decisions move faster, and wheel-spin slows down.
  • Healthier dynamics: Trust to say what needs to be said and be understood, and accountability to do what needs to be done.
  • Smoother cross-team interactions: Friction with neighbouring teams is reduced as responsibilities and expectations become clear. Meetings end with owners and timelines, leaders sponsor rather than delay, and the team pulls in the same direction long after the coaching ends.
  • Sustainable capability: The team knows how to realign when context changes, maintain clarity under pressure, and balance performance with wellbeing.

How we work together

Every team, environment and situation is unique, so there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Team coaching begins with listening and understanding the team’s context, dynamics and the organisational priorities. From there, we co-create a tailored approach that helps the team work more effectively, build trust, and align around shared goals.

Process

  • Discover & Diagnose – Explore the team’s current ways of working, strengths, and challenges to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Co-Create & Activate – Collaboratively design actions, establish agreements, and develop the team’s capacity to solve problems together.
  • Embed & Sustain – Review progress, reinforce new behaviours, and ensure the team can maintain alignment, resilience, and performance long-term.

Engagements are in person, either in English or French. Confidentiality and psychological safety are a given.
